We cooperate with specialists from Canada, the United States and numerous European countries in the field of publishing and organization of conferences and scientific seminars. We have been co-organizers of several important meetings and conferences, such as New Media Days with special participation of prof. Derrick de Kerckhove (Katowice, November 2008), Interiors with special participation of prof. Ali Behdad, prof. Geoffrey Davis, prof. David Punter and prof. Erhard Reckwitz (Ustroń, September 2008), Hearts of Darkness: Melville and Conrad in the Space of World Culture—the main scientific meeting during the Tall Ship Races (Szczecin, August 2007) as well as seminars and workshops such as A Whale of a Day. The Herman Melville's Day, a part of The World Book Day (Katowice, April 2008) with special participation of prof. Lyon Evans or workshops led by Derrick de Kerckhove, David Jury or Paul Stiff. We continue international cooperation with scientists and academics in the field of publishing: we have just issued a book McLuhan's Codes. Topography of New Media (in Polish). Currently we are preparing The Hearts of Darkness (in English) and the next book with prof. Derrick de Kerckhove (in English). Since January 2006 we have been cooperating with the International American Studies Association for which we publish Review of International American Studies (RIAS)—an online academic journal, well-known and appreciated in the hemispheric circle of American studies.
We are open to all academic, private and business partners and clients who would like to publish books, journals, e-books or e-journals, prepare multimedia or organize a conference with the help of our team and know-how. We specialize in philology and literary studies, IT & media studies, culture studies, anthropology, sociology, intercultural studies, law and economics, as well as in e-learning, yet we are not limited to these disciplines and eagerly accept new challenges.
